Fern provides integrated lumbar support because the backrest has been designed to mimic the natural curvature of the spine. The standard backrest is enough back support for most people. An additional lumbar support option is available if you would like extra support. (Note that the additional lumbar support is height adjustable, but its firmness cannot be adjusted.)

Vacuum your chair as needed.

For additional cleaning, use a solution of lukewarm water and mild detergent (about 10%). Gently apply in a circular motion, then rinse with warm water and dry with a soft cloth.

Overall inlove with this chair

Loved the chair, looks stable and made of good materials. I had slide issue with assembly caused by me, but the team replied quickly sending me a video on how to fix it. The chair is very comfortable, the only slight issue I have with it is the material used on the seat which can be a bit rough if you have more sensitive skin, however it is not something that causes flair ups, just slightly scratches the skin - not worth to take a star away for that as I know it is mostly how I feel and 9 out of 10 people won't have this problem. Highly recommend this chair. There is many options to make it fit your posture and preferences.

Amazing Chair, Amazing Support

The chair is incredibly sleek, well-designed, and genuinely fantastic to work in. I use it for around eight hours a day, and it remains extremely comfortable throughout. The backrest almost feels like it hugs and supports you, naturally keeping you in a comfortable, ergonomic posture without feeling restrictive.

Massive props as well to Shrija P from the E-commerce team, who was incredibly helpful in making sure I chose the right chair. Overall, I’m extremely happy with the Haworth Fern and would absolutely recommend it.
