The stem, fronds, and cradle create a three-part system that naturally customizes comfort for each and every person.
A 120 mm height adjustment and 88 mm seat depth adjustment let you find just the right position for your height, size, and preference.<
Fern is designed with a waterfall seat, which means the front edge slopes down to relieve pressure on your knees and legs.
Adjust the arms up and down, side to side, front to back, and in and out. Back stop limits the degree of recline, and forward tilt ensures spinal support during forward leaning tasks.

The haworth fern chair has beeb the best ergonomic chair I ever used.
Overall it is very comfortable and I think it’s (almost) worth the money, however, there are two things I’d change:
1. Make the lumbar support easily removable - it would be nice to have the option to also try it without the paid lumbar support instead of having to buy another chair to compare which you prefer.
2. Wish they implemented the seat extending system that the Embody by HM has. When I extend the seat to the second furthest and furthest position, I can feel the massive gap behind me - and it gets quite bothersome after a while.
The chair doesn't look like the price paid, but it's very comfortable. I particularly like the tip-forward function for long periods on the keyboard! I would prefer a bit less give when I lean backwards, but I am also someone who likes a stiff back...
