The Fern Executive takes Haworth's most awarded ergonomic platform and extends it to full-body support.

Built on the same Wave Suspension architecture as the standard Fern — the flexible back structure that moves with you in real time, without manual adjustment — the Executive adds an integrated headrest for neck and upper back support during extended working sessions. The result is a chair that performs whether you're focused, slightly reclined, or transitioning between the two.

The headrest is engineered to complement the Fern's design language: minimal, precisely adjustable, and positioned to support without restricting natural movement.

Inspired by the natural flexibility of a leaf, this office chair is designed to naturally distribute weight as you move to relieve pressure points. At its core is our patented Wave Suspension system, which mimics the human body’s spinal anatomy for freedom in movement.

Vacuum your chair as needed.

For additional cleaning, use a solution of lukewarm water and mild detergent (about 10%). Gently apply in a circular motion, then rinse with warm water and dry with a soft cloth.

Efficient and pleasant assembly process requires only few screws to assemble the backrest and castors. It takes no longer than 10 minutes.

  • Upon receiving your product, please inspect it carefully to ensure everything is in good condition. Be sure to keep the original packaging for 14 days in case you need to return it.

Disappointed

The chair looks cool with a lot of aluminum and premium materials. The fabric feels high-quality and the chair is heavy, which gives it a sturdy feel. However, the armrests are very poor quality: they are hard to adjust, don't move smoothly, and make a lot of noise. The difficulties with the armrests make the overall experience very unpleasant. For an office chair at this price, it’s not acceptable.

Really satisfied

That was a scary big sum to pay, as a debuting freelancer, but it's an important investement for my health. My back is still a bit sore, but after 2 weeks of use most of my chronic back pain is gone !! The chair is pretty comfortable, the rolling is very satisfying with the weight of the chair, and I find the design elegant but not on the nose.
