ALWAYS try out your chair in a physical store before ordering

Comfort is subjective when it comes to chairs; one chair won't suit everyone, so what follows is based on my personal experience.

I had an IKEA Markus chair for about eight years, which was perfect for me, except that the seat softened after five years, so sitting on it for more than two to three hours hurt.
So I wanted to upgrade to a higher quality chair, but when I tried the one I ordered, it immediately hurt my back because the back support was too far forward (for me). The fact that you can't adjust and lock the backrest a little lower is a bit annoying (I was trying to get the same thing as the Markus chair, since it's perfect in that regard).
A big downside, however, and I'm obviously not the only one, is that the headrest is hard, like it's just a plastic cushion vaguely covered with fabric, so it hurts. I immediately looked up how to remove it, but there's a risk of tearing the seams and everything, so it's complicated.

I'm not giving it such a bad rating because, in the end, it suited my brother and he needed a new chair, so it depends on the person. In the future, I think I'll just stick with what's perfect for me.

Apart from that, the chair took almost a month to be delivered, and the app they use to track shipments, Shop, doesn't work on my phone and can't be used on a PC, so it's not very reliable.
