I've bought this chair due to the good reputation the Fern had, in terms of quality, comfort and ergonomic, and wanted one with a headrest so I could lean back sometimes.
The chair is indeed comfortable, I didn't find the lombar too aggressive but it does have trouble holding in place, often sliding down. I do find myself in a better sitting posture as well. The back, sit pad, arms (didn't find them wigly) look great and feel premium.
The headrest however is not great, I didn't want to spend extra going to a 3rd party, but even at the highest position I can feel it against the top of my back, right under the neck, not a big concern but if you're taller than me definitely would avoid the headrest, I'm 1.82m tall.
Leaning back the headrest then provides some support though as expected from reviews not super comfortable, again not a concern as I don't have naps on it. Also as it's low when straight it's just high enough to provide some support to the head when leaning back.
