If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from www.shopping.haworth.com, you may return it in its original condition within 14 days of delivery.
Request to Return Within 14 Days of Delivery
All returns should be initiated by contacting our Customer Care team . In your contact, provide your order number. We will organise and clarify the procedure for you and give you any figures or information you require to get things started.
Customers may return products and request the total refund if they are undamaged, unscratched, and show no signs of use. To initiate a return, customers must notify Haworth within 14 days of receipt by contacting our customer support team. In this scenario, collections are free of charge.
If the order is delivered defective or damaged, customers must notify Haworth within 14 days of receipt by contacting our customer support team. If we are unable to repair the item or provide a replacement part, we will arrange for a replacement product at no additional cost.
All returned items must be packaged in the original packaging. The refund will be processed to the original payment method only after the product has been received at our warehouse and its condition has been verified for quality.
Please note, do not attempt to repair the item yourself or through a third party.
After receiving a replacement, requesting a return and total refund are not eligible.
Damaged or malfunctioning under warranty
