Refund policy

We want you to be delighted with your new purchase, but we understand that there are times when you may need to arrange a return.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from, you may return it in its original condition within 14 days of delivery. 

Requesting a return

All returns should be initiated by contacting our Customer Care team. In your contact, provide your order number. We will organise and clarify the procedure for you and give you any figures or information you require to get things started. 

Customers may return products only if they are undamaged, unscratched, and show no signs of use, and must be in their original packaging. To initiate a return, customers must notify Haworth within 14 days of receipt by contacting our customer support team. In these cases, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A collection fee will be applied to all seating and desks and will be communicated to you once you receive a reply from our Customer Care team. 

Damaged or malfunctioning 

If an order is delivered defective or damaged, contact our Customer Care team so that we can assist you. This also applies to any issues you may be experiencing with an item purchased from us that is still under warranty. In this scenario, collections are free of charge.

Please do not attempt to repair an item, either yourself or through a third party, since this will impact your refund qualification.

Cancelling an Order

Cancelling an order is only feasible if it has not yet been dispatched. Don't hesitate to contact our Customer Care team for assistance with this process.
